About the Role
We are looking for experienced cleaning teams of 2-3 members to join our residential cleaning division. Teams work together to provide high-quality cleaning services for houses and apartments throughout the Charlotte area. Some properties may be occupied during cleaning.
Responsibilities
• Perform thorough residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to company standards
• Handle household chores including laundry and washing dishes
• Communicate professionally with clients and address any special requests
• Document work with before and after photos/videos
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report supply needs
• Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
• Work collaboratively as a team to ensure consistent quality

Requirements
Team of 2-3 members who work well together
Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience (residential preferred)
Comfortable working in occupied homes and apartments
Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check (all team members)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Excellent communication skills
Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
Availability to work 25-30 hours per week
Smartphone capable of taking photos/videos
