About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team. As a Cleaning Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various properties, ensuring our clients' spaces are pristine and welcoming.

Requirements

Team Supervision & Leadership

  • Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 Cleaning Technicians across multiple properties

  • Assign daily tasks and ensure proper coverage of all sites

  • Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company standards

  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are consistently met

  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members

  • Address performance issues and recognize outstanding work

Quality Control

  • Perform regular quality inspections of all assigned properties

  • Ensure all cleaning checklists and protocols are followed

  • Identify and resolve quality issues before client complaints arise

  • Maintain Extreme Property Services' reputation for excellence

Client Relations

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned properties

  • Conduct site walkthroughs with clients as needed

  • Address client concerns professionally and promptly

  • Communicate client feedback to management

  • Build and maintain positive client relationships

Operations Management

  • Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory for assigned sites

  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational

  • Complete and submit daily/weekly reports and documentation

  • Coordinate scheduling and coverage for absences

  • Respond to emergency cleaning requests

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards

Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time

  • Make on-site decisions to maintain service quality

  • Escalate complex issues to management when appropriate


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of cleaning/janitorial experience

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

  • Proficiency with smartphones/tablets for reporting and communication

  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred:

  • Experience in commercial or multi-family property cleaning

  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Customer service experience

  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software)
